Guarantee

Just Dragons offer a 7 day guarantee for each dragon sold. A dragon is only released for sale once we are satisfied it is shedding, eating, drinking and digesting foods properly. In the unlikely event of your new dragon supplied by Just Dragons dying we will (see conditions) offer a replacement.

The conditions of this guarantee are that in the event of your dragon dying withing 7 days of purchase from Just Dragons you will supply us with the corpse for a full check. Once it has been verified that the dragon is the one sold (pictures and details of each dragon sold are kept on record) and that the death was not caused by any form of mistreatment; we will offer a replacement dragon.

Although every effort has been made to avoid tail and toe nips unfortunately they do occur from time to time. These of course will be cheaper depending on the extent of the damage. Please call or email for more details.
